Project Details

The development of this senior living property was part of a investment commitment to a portfolio of up to six ground-up senior living properties nationwide. Quail Park of Lynnwood was the final of the six investments. Unlike the prior five properties in this portfolio, the Lynnwood development is an expansion to an existing property: Phase II which will add 92 assisted living units, and Phase III which will include 14 duplex cottages adding 28 independent living units.
