An existing Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Facility in Central Wisconsin. The business was successfully rebranded and taken out of bankruptcy. Recent value-add projects include a renovation to all interior spaces, a new campus-wide security system, and upgraded locally-sourced dining menu.
